We strongly advise taking a few moments to read over the Terms of Use below so you are fully aware of any and all limitations and restrictions placed on the use our products and/or services.

1. Trendy Web Designs retains the copyright to all products and/or services offered or sold at trendywebdesigns.com. When you purchase any of our products and/or services you are only purchasing the license to display the material with all credit links remaining intact.
2. Graphic designs may NOT be modified or alterered in any way. All graphic designs, images and templates must be used and displayed as delivered to you.
3. Graphic designs may NOT be resold, redistributed, shared, duplicated, or claimed as your own, in part or as a whole.
4. Graphic designs may NOT be duplicated in printable form with the exception of our printable product line.
5. ALL credit links MUST remain intact.
6. Website, eBay Storefront, Store Header, Auction and About Me Page templates are to only be used for their intended purpose. (i.e. Storefront templates cannot be used on websites, auction templates cannot be used for storefronts, etc.)
7. Trendy Web Designs is not responsible for any errors caused by changes or modifications being made to any of our templates by the client or any third party. Repairs made by Trendy Web Designs to any such errors will incur charges at a rate of $35 per hour.
8. Due to the nature of our products and services, there will be no refunds issued.
